Something arrived damaged, leaking, or livelier than it should be? Send a photo with your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it - whichever you’d rather - and you won’t need to post anything back.

Ingredients, allergens, what’s in each flavour, how long an open bottle keeps, why there’s sugar in the list. Ask, and we’ll answer plainly.

Everything is made and bottled at 4 Church Ln, Cornaroya, Ballinrobe. Not blended elsewhere. Not produced under contract.
Ballinrobe sits at the top of Lough Mask, in the part of Mayo where the fields are divided by stone walls. The cultures live here and every bottle is filled here.
It’s a working production room rather than a shop, so it isn’t set up for visitors - but if you’re in the town and want to say hello, write first and we’ll see what we can do.
